Andrew Chara

Andrew Chara is a versatile pianist, singer/songwriter from Sydney. After completing his music bachelors degree in 2017, he quickly took to the Sydney music scene and has been entertaining all over NSW and Australia ever since.

Andrew has been hired as a session player for many artists including opera singer Mark Vincent and recently performed with the Australian Symphony Orchestra alongside Mark Vincent, Samantha Jade and Sylvia Colloca.

Andrew has performed on some of Australia’s biggest stages and festivals including the Opera House, Byron Bay Bluesfest and in the U.S at the Stone Family Field Trip for Allen Stone. Just recently, Andrew was cast as one of the main features in ABC’s documentary “The Piano”, hosted by Amanda Keller, Harry Connick Jr and Andrea Lam.

In Sydney, Andrew is a part of a number of corporate bands and entertains regularly at local venues around Sydney for public events, private functions, weddings, and is also a regular guest piano bar entertainer on P&O, Carnival Australia and Virgin cruise ships. He is extremely passionate about his craft, and therefore loves to interact and engage with the audience at every show so he can adapt his music to any demographic and make sure that the entertainment provided is always top tier, and suitable for everyone listening.
